I do NOT gift wrap, but I can include a gift card with a printed message, if you are sending your purchase directly to a gift recipient. Add a note to your order with the message. I do not include pricing in the package.

All of my glazes are lead-free and food safe. Please note that the glaze colors will be as close as possible to the photographs but due to the handmade nature of pottery and the variable kiln environment, some slight variances in color/tone will occur from firing to firing.

You MUST contact me here on Etsy within 3 days of the date that USPS tracking information shows your package was delivered.
NO refunds/exchanges/replacements will be made after that time. Once I receive your return in good condition, I will issue a credit for the original purchase price of the item(s). Your shipping cost will not be refunded. If the item was sent as Free Shipping, I will deduct my cost of shipping the original order to you from the credit that I issue.
Refunds for LOST packages will be issued 30 days after the shipping date, if the package has not been received by that time.

I typically do not take custom orders, but feel free to message me so we can talk about what you have in mind.

Payment in full is expected before shipping occurs on in stock items and before any work begins on custom orders.

★If your item arrives broken★-- please photograph it in its original packaging immediately and contact me HERE ON ETSY right away so I can arrange a replacement or a refund.

A photo is REQUIRED, not optional.

Items are available for local pick-up. Please contact me if you are interested in picking up your purchase at my studio. If the item is labeled Free Shipping, your price will be reduced for the shipping cost included in the price.

GENERAL CARE & USE
My work is completely safe for the dishwasher and microwave unless it states otherwise in the item description. If used with care, your pottery should last a lifetime!

BAKING & COOKING
It is recommended that you DO NOT pre-heat the oven, instead, let the pot & contents heat up with the oven.
When baking in your new pottery, take care not to thermo-shock it.
Do not place a cold pot into a hot oven. The pot and contents should be room temperature.
Do not put cold water/liquids into a blazing hot pot.
Do not set a hot pot on an extremely cold surface.
Do NOT under any circumstance, place pots over direct flame, on a stove top, or on a grill.
